Terms of service regarding Purchase , Shipping, 14 Day Return's and Faulty Items.

Product Terms

You agree that you understand that when the device is received you will have to install the app on you mobile device or tablet yourself from the google or apple store (This app is free) and the app will require internet access to work.

You agree and understand for the thinkdiag standard once the device has been activated that you will be able to choose your free brand for 12 months and this is not swapable to another car brand if you change your mind.If you need more car brands these would have to be purchased from the thinkstore in the app.

You agree and understand for the thinkdiag pro all brands once the device has been activated you will have to log out and back in again or go to the thinkstore and drag down from the top of the screen to refresh the brands before they will show.

You also agree that you will read the website so that you understand the device in particular the setting up your device section on the website and that the product promises are limited to those on the website.

Shipping Terms

If you opted for UPS shipping your delivery delivery will be with you via your guaranteed delivery time or sooner,this is shown on the site and depends on the desitnation country and is calculated form the date of dispatch.If the delivery is more than two business days late and there has been no attempted delivery or the customer has not delayed or changed the delivery you will be eligable for a refund on the shipping cost that you paid. All UPS parcels are tracked so you will be able to monitor the progress of your shipment. If your order is later than two business days we will also contact UPS for a investigation and if the delivery is lost we will offer to resend your order or we will offer a full refund.
(Please note it is very rare that UPS loose a parcel and when they do it is normally found quickly in there own logistic centre.)

If you opted for Royal Mail delivery your delivery should be with you within 3-7 business days however we cannot guarantee this, unlike UPS royal mail is an aimed delivery date and not a guaranteed delivery date. We will if informed of a delay in the delivery of your parcel contact the courier but we will not be able to do this until 10 business days have passed from the shipping date. If royal mail confirm that the parcel has been lost we will offer a refund or replacement immediately.Royal mail provide tracking so we will use this at our own discression and in some circumstances we will ourselves decide that the parcel is lost however if the courier has not confirmed the loss we will not issue a refund or send a replacement untill they complete there investigation finding that the item is lost or 20 working days from the date of dispatch have passed.
(Please note it is very rare that Royal Mail loose a parcel and when they do it is normally fixes itself before a replacement needs to be sent.)

Faulty Items

All our thinkdiags are quality checked at the factory so we do not expect that your item will be faulty however if your thinkdiag is faulty when it is delivered please contact us via the site and we will organise the return of your faulty device and make sure you get a fast refund or delivery of your replacement once we receive the faulty device back. We are happy to pay the postage cost for any return when the item was faulty and we will add this to your refund or if you opt for the replacement device we will refund your postage from your initial payment amount but please make us aware of the cost before buying the postage so we can agree on this before sending back as if we are paying we may require you to use a courier of our choice.We may require information regarding the fault and in some cases pictures or other evidense may be needed depending on the circumstances. We will not be responsable for any damage that is caused by inproper use by the customer.


14 Day Change Of Mind Returns

You have 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the products, unless Your products from the same order are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case, you have until 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the products.

Unless your product is defective you do not have a right to change your mind if you have already downloaded the digital content by using the software activation code that is sealed in the box and you agree and consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the download of the digital content has begun. This is because it is not possible to return something that has already been downloaded additionaly we are not able to resell software (Car Brands, Resets) that have already been claimed as the software will already be on your device and licensed to your email and is none transferable by the manufacturer. This is common practice with digital products due to the nature of the product as it can never truely be returned. If you do not accept to withdraw from the contract please do not activate the device or download the digital content and return the device by following the below process within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you are exercising your 14 day right to change your mind, you can tell us you want to end the contract by emailing sales@thinkdiag.co.uk . When you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must pay the costs of return and retain a proof of postage receipt.

We will refund you the price you paid for the products and/or digital content (including any applicable outward delivery costs) by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below. Deductions from refunds. If you are exercising your right to change your mind under some circumstances:

1) We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted if you were in a shop.

2) We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) where you fail to return each component part (cables, memory sticks, etc.) and to take account of the reduction in value caused by any damage or missing components.

3) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer so any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded.
